Boogie is a poet, activist, author, playwright and educator. He is a mixture of the old, new and future as evidenced by the diversity of his accomplishments. He started writing at the age of 10 and has published 4 books. He is the 4 time winner of the nationally syndicated "Showtime at the Apollo". Boogie has also performed in motion pictures and on theatrical & sound stages around the world with some of today's most influential entertainers.
